We just arrived back from London yesterday. Thank you for your lovely note.
We certainly enjoyed the cruise. The food was particularly good. Accommodation was excellent and also the service was extremely attentive. I would only criticize the entertainment which was rather poor.
It was very well organized and we appreciated having the choice of restaurants in which to dine..
We really appreciated your help in organizing this for us and we look forward to cruising again, perhaps you would let us know if any other special offers of that quality or 6 star becomes available.

We have just returned from our three week vacation to America and Hawaii and we wanted to let you know what a splendid time we had.
Thank you for all you did for us, especially your excellent advice and organisation. Everything went off perfectly. Even the flights were on time! The hotels were excellent and the Maui is just paradise on earth! The trip delivered everything you promised and more.
We picked up a couple of little momentos for you which are enclosed herewith and we look forward to our next trip abroad which you can be sure we will let you organise for us.

Dear Karen
We have now returned home after a fantastic cruise. My wife and I would like to thank you most sincerely for organising the trip so well. The flight out with KLM was excellent and the car was waiting for us at the airport to take us to the Landmark hotel. The hotel was very good and we were met on time and taken to the Boat as planned.
The mini bus, which was excellent, took us to the Swishotel. On the way we discussed with Henry , our guide, about trips to the Great wall and Hidden City. He was very good and took us on a half day tour on the first day, and a full day tour on the second day. He fixed up restaurants for us, and could not have been nicer. You should certainly use this company in future.

In this day and age of inefficent service, it is only right to give praise where it is due. Two or your staff Karen & Julie were responsible for organising our wonderful cruise all the transfers were on time and even organising the chairs to save us walking to the plane, everything was like clock work, they were very efficient and patient at all times so I am writing to congratulate you and let you know we will definately be booking through Atlantis again .

We have been clients for a number of years and have always experienced excellent service from your staff, notably from Ruth, Katie and Karen. We are writing to tell you, however, that the help and advise given us with regard to our proposed holiday to St. Lucia by Sabrina Donovan has been exemplary.
There have been many problems with meeting our requirements for this trip, complicated by the recent hurricane that has struck the island. Sabrina has been very prompt in responding to us and totally sympathetic to our concerns. She has done a marvellous job of re-arranging our holiday and we are extremely impressed by her efficiency, as well as her pleasant and cheerful manner. We are grateful to her for overything she has done to enable us to re-book the trip, which we can now look forward with confidence.
We only feel it is right to congratulate you on having such a capable, intelligent and helpful member of staff.
